Yellow. White grains are submerged.
Strong, fruity, brandy-like aroma.
Sour. After swallowing, there is an aroma of maturity. It tastes strange.
Obtained through crowdfunding.
It is a "re-activated sake made from aged sake stored for more than 10 years". It seems to be a blend of the previous master brewer's aged sake and new sake. Interesting.
On the way home from watching the exchange game, I went to a liquor store that I don't usually visit very often.
The owner is very passionate and I would like to visit more often 🙄.
Sake no Omune is located between Settsuhonyama and Aoki stations.

When I asked what sweet sake was available at Shunshin, this was the one I was told. I asked him if he had any sweet sake at Harushin. I asked him which sake was sweeter in Harushin, and he said "Mizuhashiroshi" which is also sweet but has a habit of sweetness.
It is made with yeast that produces high malic acid. It is sweet and sour and sweet and spicy. It has a sake strength of -18, but it is also very dry, so even those who like dry sake can enjoy it. It is a strong sake, so it is suitable for warming up.
It seems that mizu-hashiroshi has a habit, but I think this sake is also very good.
I think it is a sake for different people 🤔.
The specs alone make you think it's sweet, but it has a complex flavor.
There was also a sake made with Shunshin beer yeast but it cost almost 3,000 yen 😅.
Good evening, bouken-san 😃The sake brewery Daisou is a very interesting store with a lot of breweries that brew unique sake that connoisseurs like! I've never had Shunshin, so I'd like to try it sometime 🍶.
Good evening, bouken 🌙
I drank the same "Shunshin" in April 😊.
It was a little different from other sakes, with a memorable taste, and I hope to encounter it again 🌙.
Good evening, Aladdin 😃
Ohmune, the owner is very passionate (and vocal) about alcohol, so please go there 🤗I think it would be a fun place if you become a regular 😁.
Good evening Mr. Aaru Sake😃
Aaru Sake's review was also helpful in my purchase 😊It's a sake that shines with a personality that other breweries don't have 😉.
This is Mr. Nishide's Hyakumangoku No Shiro.
Mr. Nishide's image is that of a sake with a strong acidity from a sake brewing process.
This is a fast brewing and refreshing. It is a beautiful sake with no negative elements.
We enjoyed it with firefly squid.
It is very easy to drink cold. Even if you drink it after a little while, it is not particularly spicy and can be drunk without hesitation. Because it is so easy to drink, you have to be careful not to get drunk.
Personally, I liked it cold rather than hot or heated.

I can't make out the information because it's so out of focus...
I do remember that it was delicious.
Ishikawa Sake No. 68 (Hyakumangoku no Shiro), 60% polished rice,
Alc. 14 degrees (undiluted)
Last week I chose "Hishiko" for my mother's birthday 🎂.
And this week, for my father😇s birthday, I chose the sake...
It is "Harugokoro Junmai Sake Kibune Hatsu Shibori" from Komatsu City, Ishikawa 🍶.
I was attracted by the fact that it has my father's name on it and the fact that it was the first brand I had seen 🌸.
After the apple-like acidity, the rich flavor and alcohol taste reminiscent of sake lees was impressive, and the sip after sip went on and on! 🥰
The second photo is a two-shot with "Hishiko" since we were there! 😆 😆
Happy birthday to your father, Aaru Sake 🎉🎂!
I love that you chose a brand with your name on it ✨and that they are lined up 💕Parents must be so happy😊.
Thank you so much, Pon 🤗.
My parents are from Tohoku, but the two bottles they chose were both Hokuriku sake 🍶😁 At least the sweets were thin skin buns from my hometown 😉🍵.
Good evening, Mr. Aaru Sake 🌛.
Happy birthday to your father 🎉.
I'm from the next prefecture but I've never seen "Shunshin" before 😊.
Both Tohoku and Hokuriku are deep snowy areas with heavy snowfalls, so the temperament of the sake may be similar 😁.
Happy Birthday to your father 🎂, Mr. Aaru Sake 🎉Happy Birthday to your father 🎂🎉Two shots with your father's name on the sake and your mother's (name) on the sake, that's wonderful 😆✨.
Your parents must be so happy to be able to celebrate like this 😊💕
Hi Jive, good evening 🌓.
Thank you 🤗
There are still many brands 🍶 that I don't know about ✨It's fun to discover the sake that each climate produces 😆.
Thank you so much, Tsubu!
I first took a picture with the two bottles on opposite sides, but it didn't feel right, so I had to reshoot it 😁 I'm glad we could taste the "father & mother sake" together 😊.
Since it's spring🌸, I think I'll have another bottle of sake with spring in it.
I bought a bottle of Shunshin by Nishide Sake Brewery in Komatsu City, Ishikawa Prefecture.
I've been curious about this sake for a while but never got around to it.
I will have it with boiled flounder 🙏.
I thought it might be a bit strong, but it wasn't. It has a nice richness, sweetness, acidity, and a mellow feeling 😆.
It's a bit like a lighter version of Tamagawa.
As the label says, I preferred it at room temperature rather than chilled 👍
