We are cleaning up from the sake we received.
At the end of last year, I received a certificate of participation in sake tasting.
Let's drink a lot of sake and do our best again this year!
Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture Sawanotsuru Honjozo Nama Sake
Cost-effective unpasteurized sake from a major sake brewery.
It is a refreshing sake that can be enjoyed with any food.
Aroma of alcohol with a twang. Taste of grapes before the taste of rice. Then a tangy spiciness that goes away quickly. It is a flavor I have not had very often, but it is delicious.
The aroma is mild and easy to drink.
The manufacturer recommends drinking it cold, but it is also good warmed. Personally, I think that sake from major makers is best served heated.
I bought it from Yodobashi, but I wonder if they offer free shipping.
1010 including tax.
Purchased at a select store in the Aeon Fukutsu store
A type of sake that is hard to find.
(Just after opening the package)
Drink cold
Transparent with a slight yellow tinge.
The aroma is sweet and fruity, with a hint of maturity.
Full-bodied and sweet on the palate.
The aftertaste is quite short and does not feel dry at all.
The light and clear taste may be due to the weak alcohol content of 10%.
When served with strong-flavored snacks, the taste of sake cannot be felt very much.
It is good with gentle-flavored snacks, and goes well with furofuki-daikon (Japanese radish).
The sweetness weakens when heated.
There is an interesting note on the back of the bottle, which is the first time I've seen it, that says "Can be drunk for 9 months after production.
