At room temperature. Brilliant taste. With stewed motsu (pork cutlet). Goes well with meat dishes and other strong flavors. Strong assertion that does not lose to the flavor of the food. Sweet rice aroma. It is a good sake as a food sake.

New packaged sake. First, it was served cold. The moment I put it in my mouth, it had a fruity aroma and a clean aftertaste. I like the taste. I avoided packaged sake because I thought it made me look like an old man, but it tastes better than inferior sake. Let's continue to explore new things.
