Nama sake that can be stored at room temperature, as is typical of the major companies. It's very heavy and drinkable. Sweet and spicy? Creamy like nuts and butter. Junmai is only a little over 1,000 yen including tax, so it is very cost-effective. It seems to have good aging potential, so it might be good to let it sit for a while.

Sake we got today 🍶. 100 sake tasters Sawanotsuru (Hyogo) When I got my sake tasting certificate This is the sake I drank at the event to celebrate. I heard that most of Sawanotsuru's employees I heard that most of the employees of Sawanotsuru have a sake tasting certificate. The sake is made under the supervision of a sake taster. It is a perfect match for any kind of food. The taste is refreshing It is a delicious sake! Maybe because it is made with Nada miyamizu (miyamizu from Nada). It was spicy and delicious!

Tasted Sawanotsuru Junmai Hara Sake and Koshu-brewed Umeshu (plum wine). It was the first time for me to taste the sake. It was dry and tasted like it would go well with food. The latter was very sweet with almost no sugar. It has a refreshing aftertaste.

I bought this bottle to enjoy the three major sake breweries. When I first started drinking sake, I didn't even pay attention to this brand, but I knew they made good sake. If not this one, then... I like Hakutsuru Daiginjo sold at Jusco, and Ozeki Ginjo in ONE cup sold at convenience stores. Quite an adventure? Challenge? I've started to take on new challenges. I personally feel that the sake has a peculiar taste and I am not a fan of it. I feel that the sake has some peculiarities and I am not good at it, but I will continue to try!
