Good stuff, dry but fruity and smooth with a bit of a tang. Pear, honeydew, almond, ginger, cocoa, coconut.
Great fruity flavours, maybe a hint of sweetness, but it’s pretty dry, with a nice medium-low acidity. Slight creaminess, a bit of bitterness, well balanced.
Went well with oden and karaage.
