I bought it because it was written about ultrafiltration and other attractive things. Also, it had a cool name.
It was a bit too strong at 19% alcohol by volume, and I was more comfortable drinking it as a watered-down junmai sake. However, I was glad to be able to feel the origin or roots of the sake and wonder how it will grow from there.
x777303A classic sake with a strong umami flavor and a slightly dry taste. The acidity is effective and easy to drink 😋.

This is a draft sake, but it is not heated, and it retains its aroma and flavor at room temperature distribution. ‼️ is a great technique. But at home, I chilled it well in the sake fridge.

Junmai Sake
The aroma is high, and when you take a sip, the fruity sweetness that surpasses the aroma spreads quickly on the palate.
Although it is a junmai sake, it has a lightness similar to that of a daiginjo, but at the same time it is very easy to drink with a robust umami flavor.
Strangely enough, after two or three sips, it tastes more like a robust junmai sake than the first impression. I wonder if it is a matter of the temperature.
I would recommend it to those who are drinking junmai sake for the first time! I recommend this sake to those who want to drink junmai sake for the first time.
I served it with crab miso today. The smell of crab miso goes well with sake.
HiguWe are cleaning up from the sake we received.
At the end of last year, I received a certificate of participation in sake tasting.
Let's drink a lot of sake and do our best again this year!
