Sake made with MLA12, a Mie Prefecture yeast named after malic acid.
Apple juice! It was so sweet and easy to drink with an apple flavor that you would think it was apple juice.

Sake from a local brewery. You can't get the famous Jikin, but Takasago is a sake that is readily available.
It is a fruity sake like pineapple and very easy to drink.
