Today is September 9, which means Nine's Day ❾.
First drink.
I didn't expect this month to end 😭 I'm glad I was able to buy it safely
Cold sake.
Gorgeous aroma!
It has a lightness that is not typical of junmai sake, but the umami of the rice is still there.
It has a characteristic texture and chewy feeling on the tongue.
There is also a lactic acidity.
The aftertaste is rather long.
Nice to meet you koge2😊.
Yes...I couldn't buy it this time, but I heard that 9nine the final, a commemorative sake for the 220th anniversary of Tsuji Honten, went on sale this month, too, if you want to try it!
Gozenshu is also found on the second floor 💡.
Retro labeled Bodhi yeast
The color is a little dark.
I'll have a small amount.
As expected, the sake was a bit harsh!
It was a good idea to have a little bit of umamame together for the sake comparison ✅.

The label is shocking pink!
Tropical and delicious sake!
I wonder if we will ever see the other yellow label (lactobacillus multiplication Bodai Hashiwado) again!

A visit to the brewery. The brewery is located in the landscape protection zone of the old Izumo Highway connecting Izumo with Himeji. The storefront is tasteful and wonderful.
We visited the directly managed store across the street from the brewery. We listened to various explanations about the sake. The brewery plans to brew all of its sake from now on using Omachi and Bodaihashiro brewing.
When we asked him about sake recommendations, he recommended the Bodai-Hashiroshi brewed sake. We felt their enthusiasm as they are going to brew sake with Omachi and Bodai Hashiro.
The aroma is gentle and nutty, and the umami comes to the forefront. Sake with delicious rice flavor.
May go well with simmered white meat fish.
