Banana and red wine-like aroma.
When you drink it, it tastes like banana milk.
Clear sweetness and a touch of umami.
Rounded acidity. Quiet bitterness in the second half.
It fades quickly.
Delicious!

Shinkazu
Omachi, Bodai yeast.
It has a unique taste with a grape-like fruity flavor and some lactic acidity.
The firmness typical of Omachi is also lightly felt, so it is an excellent sake that can be drunk calmly without being just beautiful and fruity.
