This is also delicious✨
It still has a rich and mellow flavor when drunk hot ✨
It's also possible to drink it crispy because it's so umami and spicy 😊.
This is also delicious ✨
It's rather colorful. I don't know why, by the way, but maybe I'm putting it to sleep.
The aroma is like that too. Tropical fruits like bananas, tea, mushrooms, caramel.
Tastes good at room temperature, but a bit hard. The sweetness is moderate, and the acidity and bitterness are the main flavors. After the sourness spreads at first, there is a bit of bitterness and brown sugar-like sweetness at the back of the tongue.
Heated.
The sweetness came out. I love the flavor of this type of sake when it is heated up! It has a deep, rich flavor.
It's hard to imagine the flavor from the color of the label, but I wonder why they chose this label. I thought it would taste fresher.
Not special, just a heated sake to go with an ordinary meal. It's good.
Tenma tongue-tied drinking and walking (15)
The last train to Mie was already approaching, so the lunchtime gathering was about to end.
I ordered some heated sake.
The Rising Sun, Junmai, Hashiroshi Jumai, Omachi 70 BY30, Kahiiru, 13%.
I ordered it lukewarm, as recommended on the menu.
Oh, wow! It's delicious!
It is a deeply tasty flavor that soaks into your body and brain after being drunk to the skin.
If you take a closer look, you will see that it is a sake brewed with omachi. The spiciness is mild for a sake degree of +14. I guess it is easy to drink with 13% alcohol by volume after adding water.
My old friend who is not used to drinking sake didn't like it 😅.
Shimane + Ihyakumangoku sounds like it would be tasteless if drunk cold, but since Juji-Asahi is rare, I couldn't help but order it.
Sure enough, it was expressionless and unfriendly, but it had a hiyaoroshi quality to it, which was delicious in its own way.
But I wouldn't dare choose this sake if there were other good sake available.
I'm sure it would be good heated up, though.

It has a dry taste with umami and ginjo aroma, making it a perfect summer-ready sake!
