The aroma is mild, with a hint of rice bran.
The texture is very calm, with a simple bran-like flavor, followed by a subtle white grape-like texture that is typical of ginjo.
It has a dry taste with umami and ginjo aroma, making it a perfect summer-ready sake!

I ordered it at room temperature without looking carefully 🍶The label says to keep it refrigerated though!
It smells like alcohol!
It's 18 degrees.
The bottle had only a few bottles left and was stored at room temperature... I wonder if the taste has been changed? I wish I could have tried it a little fresher 🤔.
