I procured this sake when I visited Shimane Prefecture at the beginning of April 🍶.
When I saw it in Izumo City, I couldn't resist buying it because of its distinctive design 🚗.
The sake rice is called En no Mai, which is Shimane Prefecture's original sake rice. The sake rice is called En-no-mai, which is an original sake rice of Shimane Prefecture.

This is my first brand. I am excited that nigori is a Shimane sake and it seems to have a punch.
The bottle was vigorous and opened in about a minute. Of course, it was automatically stirred. It has a strong gaseous sensation, a rich umami taste, perhaps due to the ori, and a good acidity, followed by a dry taste with a nice sharpness. It is quite drinkable and delicious!
I felt the quality of the sake was more beautiful than I had expected. Personally, I found it easy to drink.
