KIZAKURA Nama-moto Yamahai brewing 300ml
Alcohol content 13.5
This was the only one sold at the supermarket. The local price is about 1,300 yen. It is very expensive. I had it with ripe mango and it went surprisingly well with it.
An honest sake that goes down easy.
I don't mean to be rude, but it tasted even better than I had imagined, even better than twice as good. I honestly wondered if Kizakura could make such a sake. I am sorry.
I've probably had it somewhere before.
This one is - I guess it's delicious.
It's close to the Apero I had a while ago.
It's too easy to drink.
It's even easier to drink than the Fruit Moon I'm comparing it to now.
It's light and goes down your throat easily, so it's like a juice ....... It's delicious!

Two types of yeast
🌾Domestic rice
Brewed with Kyoto's famous "Fushimizu" water
Subdued aroma and full flavor of rice.
Dry, with acidity and bitterness.
You may feel it's not enough.
It is quite dry and light. It is cheap, but because it is sharp, you can drink more and more of it. But it has a dry shochu high from the supermarket.... The aroma is weak. It is very good for its cost performance.
