Almost colorless and transparent. The aroma is full, reminiscent of rice. Slightly fruity aroma reminiscent of lychee. Smooth mouthfeel. Freshness with a sense of added water. Moderate acidity and astringency. The finish is sharp and short. Refreshing sake.

For being called dry, it also contains sugar and is easy to drink, but I didn't really understand how good it was to be labeled as the No. 1 dry sake. I bought it out of curiosity because it was advertised by Kanji Ishimaru, a good-looking old man actor well-known for his roles in TV dramas and commercials such as Kamen Rider Gatchard. Maybe I should try the Junmai one.

Kappa kappa rumpa kappa ♪ Yellow cherry blossoms and festive mood design 😊. When you open the bottle, you can smell a nice ginjo aroma. It looks clear, but it has a little bit of a peculiar taste. I think I want this one cold sake. 🤔 If you chill it in the fridge and then drink it indoors, the surface of the can will sweat, making the white skinned beautiful kappas feel more moist and oh so sexy! (Why not?) When you hear the word "yellow cherry blossom", you can't miss the image of this kind of sake 🍶. Thank you for the drink 🙏.

You can taste the acidity. If you don't like it as it is, you can change it up and mix it with tonic water to make what is commonly known as a "kimotonic.

The aroma and taste are dry! Easy to drink. It's inexpensive and easy to eat, I started drinking Kizakura after visiting a sake brewery, but I can't seem to remember the lyrics of the commercial. 2L 14% (2L)

The last sake Eddy, Grace, Jesse, and I tried at Fushimi Sake Village. Notes from the brewery: “Fermented with high grade Yamadanishiki rice. The rice is polished for 72 hours, yielding a rice polish ratio of 35%. We utilize an original yeast in Kizakura which gives the sake a floral aroma. It is fermented for more than 30 days at a temperature that is less than 10℃. Enjoy the Hanashofu's smooth texture and beautiful aroma!”
