Kappappa-rumpa-rumpa (greetings)! So, this is Perle from Kizakura! I can't help but think of Kizakura in those packaged sake commercials. I'm looking forward to the sparkling wine yeast brewed sparkling! The taste is sweet and acidic, similar to that of Suzune, for example. I can also taste the wine flavor, and I think people who have never tasted sake before will be surprised! I think people who have never tasted sake before would be surprised! We can make it too!" I felt as if I was being told, "This is the kind of sake that's popular these days, isn't it? It's delicious!

Rating: B- You can tell it was carefully crafted. You can fully enjoy the taste of the sake. It is delicious cold, but the characteristics of the sake can be better appreciated when it is warmed up. Best served with sashimi or tempura.

The second bottle is yellow cherry. I found it at a convenience store and was curious about it, so I bought it: 🙆‍♂️ The fruity aroma spreads, but the taste is surprisingly light. The label is stylish! Premier 12 started today: ⚾️ I am expecting Japan to win again!

Another import into Bangkok. Tasting notes include nuttiness white peach, pear, melon, and floral aromas. The mouthfeel is medium and so is the body. Honestly it feels dry upfront and clean but throughout stays the same and I’m not tasting much on the back end. Requires a bit of chewing to get those fruity flavors to pop. Overall I think it’s a 6.1/10

Sake bought in Kyoto and enjoyed in Gifu! It has a slightly different texture on the tongue! You can feel the umami on the palate, but it doesn't stay on the tongue, it seems to go straight down the throat! This is the essence of sake rice "Celebration", isn't it? I tend to think that sake made by major breweries is just cheap and tasteless, but I guess they must be working hard every day! I thought it was a very tasty sake 🍶.

Sparkling wine bought casually, Kizakura has a strong image of kappa (water imps), but I wonder if they are not pushing kappa too much these days. It tastes like sparkling white wine. I drank it all at once, so I couldn't taste anything else. It was a delicious sake with a great flavor. Today's beer is Today's beer was Sapporo Beer's Black Label. It is a light beer with a little bitterness, as is typical of Sapporo Beer.
