Two types of yeast
🌾Domestic rice
Brewed with Kyoto's famous "Fushimizu" water
Subdued aroma and full flavor of rice.
Dry, with acidity and bitterness.
You may feel it's not enough.
It is quite dry and light. It is cheap, but because it is sharp, you can drink more and more of it. But it has a dry shochu high from the supermarket.... The aroma is weak. It is very good for its cost performance.

This is a Junmai Ginjo of Ryo-no-Taru Sake from Kizakura. It is a rich and delicious sake with a nice barrel aroma. And the change comes in at 1100 yen for a four-pack.
I bought a carton for the ballpark, but gave it up due to a bad back.
I had no choice but to drink it at home.
I was hooked on Kizakura after drinking the Hon Zukuri, so I thought I'd give this one a try!
It is said to be light and dry, but it has a strong umami taste and a light umami sweetness from the rice.
The spiciness and astringency are also in good condition.
I think the reason for the low price is that it has a strong alcohol taste.
Personally, I found it best served lukewarm, but it can be served at all temperatures.
Kizakura also serves beer, so I had a beer with it to try it out, and it went well with it!
Mr. Ota is a rerun of Matsumoto!
I used to go to Nagano about once a year, but I haven't been there since the new colo!
Thank you very much.
I'm glad I managed to at least have a drink.
I'm going to drink from noon since I've got a day off now.
I hope to be completely healed by GW and do my best in all things related to alcohol!
Ugh...
The only thing I manage to do is to drink alcohol.
I can't think of anything at all, so this is a tough one all of a sudden.
I'm a fan of the Pacific League, so I'm basically a fan of the Pacific League.
I'm going to see Hanshin T in Amagasaki next year!
Almost colorless and transparent. The aroma is full, reminiscent of rice. Slightly fruity aroma reminiscent of lychee. Smooth mouthfeel. Freshness with a sense of added water. Moderate acidity and astringency. The finish is sharp and short. Refreshing sake.
