It has a light sweetness on the palate, followed by a slightly tangy, dry acidity.
This is the first Hokkaido sake I've bought (I bought another bottle but haven't opened it yet), but this one is rather easy to drink.
Ezo-no-kuma...I end up buying it.
Juicy and firm!
The bitter aftertaste follows.
I thought it was sweet, but it was +2.
Makes me want to drink this kind of sake!
It's hard to believe it's a junmai ginjo.
I have a prejudice against junmai ginjos...
The rice is comet. It is sweeter than the junmai ginjos I have had in the past. After the gentle, fluffy sweetness, the bitterness comes quickly and then converges. It gives the impression of being sweet and bitter.
Well, I regret buying Gokotsuru when I had a hard time deciding.

Today we had a hiyayoroshi of Ezokuma from Hokkaido 😀.
The aroma is mild 😊The sourness and umami taste you feel in your mouth is well balanced, with a slight sweetness😚It has a strong flavor 💕It has a good sharpness 🤔It is a delicious sake that would go well with anything 😘.
Slightly fruity aroma. Light sweetness, slightly bitter. May go well with Japanese food. Made with Kitashizuku from Hokkaido. Interesting variety of sake from Hokkaido!
This is a picture of a lonely state with no snacks yet.
It is a crisp and dry sake. I wish there were more choices. It's a pity because there are so many kinds of snacks.
It is somewhere between the sweeter "MODERN" and the not-so-sweet "CLASSIC". It has a taste between the sweeter "MODERN" and the less sweet "CLASSIC". It is a taste that will keep your taste buds happy and you can drink it for as long as you like.
★★★★☆ Delicious. I want to drink it again.
MODERN (more CLASSIC)
