At Sake No Kel in Motomachi, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Surprisingly delicious!
Mild aroma. Sweet and juicy. You can taste the flavor of the rice. Delicious.
I want to repeat it, but where can I buy it?
A beautiful acidity opens the mouthfeel, and the second half is milky and opens up quickly.
I thought the milky aftertaste might be a bit choosy.
However, as the glasses went on, I don't know what happened to it, whether my tongue got used to it or the air, but it turned into a nice aftertaste. The feeling that it stays on the tongue for a long time is not bad.
It is not flashy, but it is a good sake. A closer look at the label shows that the sake was aged one year at the brewery before shipping. This careful disclosure of information suggests that the sake has been carefully nurtured.
I still have a few of these left.
A word from the manager
I'll have the rest of Ezonokuma's Omachi.
Last time I described it as watery, but this time it has changed a bit and has a sweetness to it!
It's a change in taste!
As usual, there are 5 kinds of sashimi and more!
Thank you, chef 😋!

The 5th Sagajo Shoten Presents
at Bishake Raku Kushan Shokai 😃.
The second sake was Ezonokuma.
Takasago Sake Brewery is the twin of Otokoyama in Asahikawa, Hokkaido❗I've had a lot of Takasago's sake, but this was my first time to try this one 🎵.
It's refreshing yet has a pleasant umami flavor 😋.
It's a good sake to have on hand for a light drink at home ✨.
Good evening, Mr. Noodle King!
Very different from the bears we see on the news!
The bear looks delicious 🐻😋🐻😋.
I am also interested in Niseko by Young Toji, but I guess I can't miss the classic Hokkaido expedition 🥺🫶.
The first brand name Ezonokuma. Sake from Hokkaido. It has a fruity pineapple aroma. The sweetness is moderate and the astringent taste is soft and delicious. I am very happy with the smoothness of the taste. It is hard to describe, but it has a powdery sweetness. I think so.
The manager says that this is a rather rare sake even at Ezonokuma.
Indeed, the blue bottle and unfamiliar label!
Compared to the heaviness of the Junsei, this is a very light sake, like a beautiful water!
It's a lighter sake than I've ever had before.
I was impressed that such a thing exists!
Sake from both ends of the spectrum and hot bean curd
It is very stimulating 🎯!

The gentle, fluffy flavor of the rice that flows smoothly over the tongue and is unique to Omachi! The crisp and refreshing taste is impressive. It is a refreshing and easy-drinking wine that will go well with dishes with strong flavors.
