It is from the sake shop's hanpukai. Last year we received Omachi draft, and this time it is Yamadanishiki.
The aroma is of sweet rice and a bit of grape-like fruity flavor.
When you drink it, you can feel the sweetness and umami coming through. And a great sense of transparency ✨.
The capsule of acidity pops at the end, and it feels tight. Delicious!
I think it is more cohesive the next day. The fresh chirichiri from direct pumping, and the sizzling umami is well-defined.
Consistently light, it was a delicious sake that will keep you coming back for the next cup 🍶.

Reiho, originally rice rice for general use, was grown mainly in Kyushu, the third largest rice area in Japan. Because of its large grain size, it is now used as sake rice in Nagasaki, Saga, and Fukuoka.
Fukkai was rebranded as sake brewing expressing the sea. I finally got a bottle to try and opened it. It's a pop, a pop, and it's very energetic. It has the feeling of being active, the creaminess of a light nigari, yet the fresh muscat flavor is Nagasaki's sea?
Not sweet, but tasty, exquisitely delicious. I guess you could call it the bright waters of the East China Sea. Beyond Hirado is the world! It is, isn't it?

Today, my family held a birthday party for myself and my brother's wife (^o^).
Now, what we will receive on this memorable day is Fukkai, which I was curious about after seeing it on a certain YouTube! It's my first time 😄.
The aroma is muscat and grapefruit. It is relatively mild. When you drink it, it has a moderate sweetness and a fizzy feeling. The bitterness is just right! The aftertaste is firm.
Hououmida Mikumari is beautiful and has a rough bitterness, while this one has a strong umami, but the fizziness and bitterness make it easier to drink and more mellow 😄I can see why both are popular!

This sake is brewed with the image of the sea mist that occurs in the sea from summer to autumn and the feeling of bubbles bursting forth. The concept of this sake is "brewing sake that expresses the sea" based on the phrase, "Sake brewing is made with the heart and nurtured by the wind.
As the bottle opener warns, "Please chill the bottle well and open the bottle slowly without shaking it, as the cork may fly out.
The bubbles are maximal for a sparkling type with secondary fermentation in the bottle. Juicy, muscat and citrus pingleful fruit aroma, Yamadanishiki flavor, but with a holo-bitter, dry finish that is refreshing and clean. The bubbles and light cloudiness on the tongue go great together.
I think I'm going to get into sake with bubbles.
