After that, the umami and acidity of the rice spread out. It is delicious, but in Nagasaki, I think I would prefer it to Hiran (this is my personal opinion).
When I visited Nagasaki City on a trip to Kyushu,
I bought Fukkai, which I was curious about because it had been talked about on YouTube.
I was not able to drink alcohol during my stay in Nagasaki City, so I drank it at home to vent my frustration (lol).
It has a fruity aroma like pineapple 🍍 and a beautiful sweet acidity that finishes with a bitter bitterness.
It is not sharp, well-balanced, and very easy to drink 😊.
I drink it cold, but I got it and had it with a hot set of Tachiikawa Chestnut Manju 🌰.
The day we bought it, there was a lantern festival in the city, so we went together.

We went to Ito New York Lamp Museum & Flower Garden in the daytime to see the early blooming 🌷tulips🌷, which were very beautiful.
My wife and I decided to have a drink early and returned the rental car 😅😅.
First time drinking Fukkai in Hirado, Nagasaki. Just one word. It's good 😋, beautiful acidity, fruity aroma, good food and good drink, sometimes we reward ourselves 😊😊.
