The aroma is fresh and fruity, like green apples 🍏.
The mouthfeel has a fizzy, bubbly sensation that can only come from direct pumping 🤤.
The juicy flavor is filled with a beautiful minerality like spring water 😋.
You can also feel the crispness from the beginning, and towards the end, the process of gradually changing to a pleasant bitterness is also wonderfully designed. ❗️

I was tired because I had to go from one end of Hirado Island to the other.
By the way, Mori Shuzo (Hiran) is one week away and close to the brewery, so I recommend it.
