When I visited Nagasaki City on a trip to Kyushu,
I bought Fukkai, which I was curious about because it had been talked about on YouTube.
I was not able to drink alcohol during my stay in Nagasaki City, so I drank it at home to vent my frustration (lol).
It has a fruity aroma like pineapple 🍍 and a beautiful sweet acidity that finishes with a bitter bitterness.
It is not sharp, well-balanced, and very easy to drink 😊.
I drink it cold, but I got it and had it with a hot set of Tachiikawa Chestnut Manju 🌰.
The day we bought it, there was a lantern festival in the city, so we went together.

We went to Ito New York Lamp Museum & Flower Garden in the daytime to see the early blooming 🌷tulips🌷, which were very beautiful.
My wife and I decided to have a drink early and returned the rental car 😅😅.
First time drinking Fukkai in Hirado, Nagasaki. Just one word. It's good 😋, beautiful acidity, fruity aroma, good food and good drink, sometimes we reward ourselves 😊😊.

Yamada Nishiki. It is fruity. A little sweet and a little sharp. The alcohol content is 14 degrees Celsius, which makes it a sake-juice type that can be drunk as much as you want. It has no characteristics, but it is delicious.
I've finished up my public and private schedule, which was a bit of a whirlwind during the New Year's holiday, and I'm taking this week and next week off in lieu of work 💦.

Fukkai Yamadanishiki Nama Sake
I was curious about this sake, so I got it 🥰.
When I opened the bottle, I could smell a sweet aroma similar to that of ramune or cider.
[The sake is a gulp of sake.]
The aroma of sweet rice is calm, and the mouthfeel has a slight gaseous feeling, followed by a quiet, mature sweetness, umami, and a long, pleasant aftertaste.

A cool, refreshing rice aroma, a slight gassy sensation at the tip of the tongue, a subtle sweetness and umami that flows into the body smoothly, and a long, refreshing aftertaste that finishes with a mineral sensation that lingers on the tip of the tongue.
[I heard that the hi-seasoned version has more sweetness, so I'm interested in that as well.
The nigori sake that was sold together with it also looks delicious!
The dish was "yellowtail sashimi from Oita" (🐟️), as fish from Kyushu had just arrived!
