Clean and fruity, light in mouthfeel, sweet and slightly acidic. I felt a hint of spiciness as it went down my throat.
When the bottle was opened, the cork popped with a small sound, but it was not so loud that it blew out due to the internal pressure alone. Well, it is fire-aged.
The second day, the impression remained the same, and the sake was clean and light, and since it was fire-aged even though it needed to be refrigerated, it seemed to me to be an excellent sake, more mature, calm, and graceful than various other sake. Thank you for the sake.
