This is my first time at Fukkai.
I look forward to buying Nagasaki's sake, as there are many brands I like.
I was surprised at how active the cork was, making a loud noise as it flew open!
It is so fizzy that it could be mistaken for soda water.
Fluffy sweet aroma.
It is sweet like calpis, but with a slight bitterness in the aftertaste.
It went well with light seafood snacks.
Pairing: Sushi, caprese, yam with grated yam, spinach with cod roe, fried octopus and chikuwa with isobe

A regular sake that is as good as Junmai sake.
The refreshing acidity is well balanced with a wonderful umami flavor, and even the lingering sharpness can be enjoyed.
Serve with sashimi
It had a mellowness characteristic of a sake made from a traditional sake yeast yeast yeast yeast, but with a moderate sweetness and acidity that made it refreshing to drink. The aroma reminded me of ears of rice.

My wife and I had to go out to dinner in a hurry (I didn't drink there, so I won't post it) 😂.
We decided to have a few drinks after dinner and went to our usual place... ☝️
I put a special order for Fukkai, so I ordered it right away 😁.
The rice is said to be out of Yamadanishiki, but it has a fresh, fresh, gentle aroma with a strong rice flavor 😄.
Even if it is out of the same grade, the taste of Yamadanishiki is the same 😁.
It is a delicious sake that goes well with meals 😄.
