The aroma is not flashy, but acidic and bitter.
After the acidity and carbonation comes the sweetness. The rice flavor and bitterness swells and finishes with little aftertaste.
It is similar to grapefruit. It has less acidity and bitterness than Koueikiku from Kyushu area, and is more balanced.

A sparkling sake that blows away the heat and humidity of Tokyo and evokes the refreshing sea breeze of Hirado, Nagasaki. Great for summer sake!

Fukkai-san is really delicious. I've been shocked since my favorite Kangiku. I want to get it next time and have my wife drink it.
It has a clean taste and goes well with sea food.
To be honest, I didn't really like it on its own, but with sashimi or dried squid, it was very tasty!

It is from the sake shop's hanpukai. Last year we received Omachi draft, and this time it is Yamadanishiki.
