Shipped in July 2023 and aged for almost a year per label recommendations. Fantastic and complex sake. Probably the best Cosmos I’ve had.
Label notes: Notes of apricot, sakuramochi and unripe peach. Sweetness, acidity and astringency of like in perfect balance. 4.75/5
