Fresh and with a hint of fizziness. Taste is rich, as always, and the reason why this is one of my favorite breweries. Tropical fruit salad - peach, vanilla, banana, apple. Sweetness with a hint of minty bitterness. The taste lingers on the tongue for a while before fading off. I need a bigger bottle next year. 4.75/5
