Slightly higher acidity than the standard releases. It is bubbly, has a soft sweetness, citrus fruit notes and umami. Relatively low ABV at 13%. Great summer sake but considering the price tag (¥3800) I think I’d prefer to buy the regular Yamada-Nishiki releases. 4.00/5
