Softly sweet and juicy. Pressed using fukuro-shibori method letting gravity slowly drip out the sake from cloth bags. I love the thick and smooth “luxurious” mouthfeel it produces. Dangerously drinkable and almost impossible to not take another sip. 😋 4.50/5
