The label features 2 rabbits performing Mochitsuki - the Japanese tradition of pounding of rice to make mochi. Slight sediments resting at the bottom of the bottle due to it being jikagumi. Very fresh and leaves a mix tingly sensation due to nama.

Slightly yellow. A bit of nail polish taste but this goes away after you let the sake breathe and becomes very pleasant to drink.
