It is said to be unfiltered raw sake, although it is not written on the bottle. It says "nigori" but I wonder if it is just a light nigori.
Strong gassiness. The taste is fresh, tropical fruit-like and rich. Both sweetness and acidity give a gentle impression.
The taste is reminiscent of Takachiyo.
A brewery that I personally pay attention to.
