bouken
It finally appeared in Kansai, so I bought it. (It seems to be the first in western Japan)
According to the information on the internet, it's made with multiple yeasts. It's more wine-like than sake made with wine yeast. It looks like wine, but I've never had it before.
It's not too much wine, not too much sake, just rice wine.
It has a delicious taste with light acidity. I personally like the fact that it is not spicy at all.

I was also interested in Ihyakumangoku and Yamadanishiki, but I bought the PROTOTYPE for now. I'm looking forward to drinking it raw.

I've only seen them at Kintetsu Department Store in Abeno.... I guess you have to go there to see it live.
