It has a unique freshness and citrus acidity. The Junmai Daiginjyo unfiltered draft I had before was similar, but cleaner and without any peculiarities. This is so good.
The third generation of the liquor store owner here is amazing at remembering people's faces. I only met him twice last year (I was there only on my days off due to bad timing), but he told me thank you for coming from far away.
