It is the first Harushika to be finished with a low-alcoholic, gaseous finish. It has a slight bubbly taste, with a sweet and tasty rum-like flavor.
I'll have to try a lot of Uraharu Shika because it tastes good no matter what I drink.

bouken-san, the red label fire-brewed Kanari is always available in stores. The blue label draft was released around summer and is still available, but the black label unpressurized is sold out this season. It's a limited distribution item, so it's not on the official Harushika online store.
