This sake is limited to two stores, Tomegawa Sake Shop in Kishiwada (Crazy Salad House) and Kagaya in Sakai.
This sake is a collaboration between Mr. Shimada, a young brewer of Senrikyu, and a young liquor store owner. I think the young person was also in charge of the label design.
The rice used is Aiyama and Yamadanishiki.
Low alcohol unfiltered raw sake
The aroma already raises expectations.
It has a juicy, berry-like, cute sweetness. It's hard to describe, but it's very well-rounded.
It's a long way away, but it's a sake that makes you glad you went to buy it.
I heard that Tomegawa has already sold out of the 4-gos.
They said they will soon release a second light nigori.
