Sagaminada special honjozo from Kanagawa Prefecture was the last order. As expected from a special honjozo, it is very light and crisp. This lightness is a flavor that can be produced only with aluzoe.

Today I went to Fujiki Shoten Shinjuku Sohonten. I have to say hello to this place too.
There was a bottle of spring sake in the fridge, so I started with that. Kitaya Harusake Special Junmai. It has a gorgeous sweetness and a smooth taste. It is pleasant to drink.

It was the last order, so the last sake, Kido Junmai-shu, was served. Kido is still consistently delicious. It is one of my favorite brands. The clean taste is reassuring.

Kitayuki Junmai Ginjo is a sake from Sado Island, Niigata Prefecture. Since the brewery is located on Sado Island, the Noto Peninsula earthquake that occurred on New Year's Day caused relatively little damage in Niigata Prefecture.
The taste is clean and dry, and while it goes down smoothly, it leaves a bitter aftertaste. There is also a fruity sweetness while drinking. It's delicious, that's why I like it.

Hououmida Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Hon Nama. On a day like this, I feel like drinking a stable sake ...... or else I won't be able to keep my mind off it. It is still gorgeous and fragrant. And the sweetness spreads softly. I like this kind of sake very much.
