The first Kanagawa sake was Izumihashi. It was a little different from what I expected because it was a seasonal sake, but it was tasty with a sour taste. Next time, I will try a year-round sake.

Lately, I prefer a mild, easy-drinking food sake.
This one seems to be shipped after a year of aging, although there is no label on it.
It is certainly mild at first sipping. Immediately, it has the umami and acidity of a Yamahai-aged sake.
The upper part is dry and crisp with a hint of sweetness.
It goes well with beef stew, etc.

I tried the dry version, which I don't often try, because I got hooked on Jr. I'm not a tasteless person, but I could feel Jr.'s attention to detail on the back of the label.

The Sake Mirai series I bought along with the Yamagata Masamune at my usual Suzuki Shuhan.
Opening sip, it's kind of delicious, but all the Eikoh Fuji are similar.
Second day, sweetness started to come out, delicious.
The third day, I drank it up.
I can't help but buy Eikoh Fuji because of the label.

I bought the jackets because of the super limited text and cool label. I like the sense of the label of Eikoh Fuji. I don't usually drink Daiginjo, but the aroma is still good. The taste is light and crisp.

I found Shichiken at Suzuki Shuhan in my neighborhood and bought it immediately.
It was about 2600 yen for a bottle. It's great! It's so easy to drink and delicious. I want to try the other Shichiken too.

What is it? There is a citrus aroma on the nose. It's somewhat Japanese...Iyokan scent?
Thanks to this aroma, it's a very sophisticated doburoku!
