Hououmida Daiginjo Hi-ire. It was a reasonably priced Hououmida, which is probably why there was very little of it, just barely less than a cup. Thankfully, we were able to enjoy the entire remainder.
It was refreshing, crisp, and light. Ah, it's delicious.
Dinner! Sake today at Kurama, a local favorite izakaya in front of Kumegawa station. Yamori Junmai Ginjyo, unadjusted, straight-drafted sake. Since it's local, I can drink it easily, but I wonder if that will be the case soon.
It has a light aroma, sweetness, and a slight carbonation. This flavor is what makes YAMORI so good.
The appetizer is ...... ah, okra and mozuku. It's a combination of bitter and bitter.
