We took the test on Sunday, the results were great, we felt liberated, and in the evening we were rewarded with a Jun Dai of Tasake 😍It looks like the improvement shinko is a new initiative starting this year 🤔.
Well, the aroma is beautiful green apple🍏 and the mouthfeel is beautiful, just like Tasake. I can feel slight gas. The fruity sweetness has a beautiful umami flavor, and the acidity disappears gently due to the presence of gas. I didn't notice any bitterness or other unpleasant tastes ✨It was a hit in my opinion 😋I enjoyed it so much that I finished the bottle 🥰.
On the day I bought this sake, after purchasing it at Tajimaya Sake Shop in Kanazawa-Bunko, I went to see the lighting up of Kenchoji Temple in Kitakamakura. I went to Chocolatier Calva by Kitakamakura station and had a chance to try their panini naprese. Of course, their famous chestnut chocolates are expensive, but they are also delicious ✨.
