The only thing I couldn't drink last year was the Yamaenishiki unfiltered raw because of my refrigerator. This year is my chance to get revenge. Aroma of melon. When you put it in your mouth, you get a gorgeous chili melon, sweet and juicy. A slight bitterness finishes it off. It's so good. I don't know why I didn't try it last year. I think it's on par with Jikin in this direction. 🕺🕺🕺🕺🕺

Countdown to the national conquest Oita Prefecture is "Chiebijin" that I failed to buy in the trip three years ago. The sake that won the "President's Prize" for excellence at the KURA MASTER sake competition in France in 2018. At first, the sweetness appears with a fruity aroma, followed by a slight bitterness, and finally it disappears quickly. The taste of the rice is also good because the rice polishing ratio is only 70%. The sweetness, umami, and acidity are all refined. It is not at all stubborn and can be drunk easily. It is an honor student that is also kind to your wallet🎵.
