This may have been the first hiyaoroshi of the season.
This kind of easy-to-understand autumnal label is nice.
The taste was fruity and not too sweet, giving the impression of a calm and soft sake.
It was very tasty, with an acidity that tightened up in the latter half.
Autumn is the season for sake. トリニダードとば子If I could, I would drink it every year No.6 トリニダードとば子As the name suggests, this sake is stored in a snow chamber. The White Tiger label is cool. トリニダードとば子I had a very good Jyushiyo before, so I ordered it by name without looking at the details, but it was not as good as that time. トリニダードとば子Everyone drinks it at least once because of the name (or maybe it's just the kitchen boys...)
