南十字輝6/10
Hiyoroshi of Amego no Tsuki.
Hachikan and No. 9 yeast are used here.
It is a well-balanced sake, and is meant to be savored gradually.
Since this was the first sake of the day, I thought it was supposed to be a slow saké, but that was not the case at all.
It was calm and I would have preferred it at room temperature. かみやりUltra-limited unfiltered sake series brewed only once a year かみやりTo support the recovery.
A collaboration sake that we hope will never happen again.
Documentation of the label will be provided.

To the reconstruction
The Sakurada Sake Brewery in Suzu City, Ishikawa Prefecture, was completely destroyed in an instant by the Noto Peninsula earthquake.
The brewery's head brewer, Mr. Hirokatsu Sakurada, has been working to rebuild the brewery step by step from the rubble spread all over the area.
This sake is a blend of miraculously surviving Noto Hatsuzakura Honjozo and Tengu. Profits will be used to fund the reconstruction of the Tsuneda Sake Brewery. Please support Noto Hatsusakura.
Mr. Sakurada supervised the taste of this sake. Please enjoy it while thinking of Noto. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
