A raw version of the standard Junmai sake. I saw it at Hanshin Department Store, which has a minimal selection due to the moving of the sales floor, and bought it because it looked rare. In fact, I couldn't find it when I searched for it... I think I had tasted the hi-ire version in the past, but it was the rice sweetness type. This one has a similar nuance, but it has a gentle sweetness followed by a strong alcohol taste. I don't think it's very much like a raw sake. This brewery's sake is sweet, but not fruity. It's more like sugar or rice sweetness.

The brewery is located in a building near Gifu station, and brewing is said to be done in the basement. The moment you take a sip, it has no aroma and a flat taste. It's a fairly dry sake. There is not much assertiveness except for the spiciness, so I think it is suitable for a mid-meal drink. It's not my favorite drink.

I would have preferred Koshino Umesato or First Day Masamune, which were on sale at the same place.

辛口と書いてるけど結構甘み主体な気がする。後味は苦味あるけどね。気にならない程度だけど結構セメダイン感もあるかな？

数日経ったほうが甘み出てきて美味しくなった。ジューシーだな。

日増しに美味しくなってる。ぶどうっぽい

銀盤の生酒って珍しい気がしたので購入。アルコール感とアルコール臭強めだね。個人的な好みだけど完全に好みから外れた味でした。甘み全く無くただただ辛くアルコールの刺激。銀盤は自分とは相性悪いな。

公式サイトによると「てんたかく」という米を使用しているそうです。ラベルに書けばいいのにね

白鶴や菊正宗のほうがいいわ

個性的なお酒愛好会

元禄時代のお酒を再現したそうです。昔のお酒は甘いとは聞くけどとろみのある激甘！濃厚。今の甘口とは違ってフルーティーさは皆無だけど和菓子っぽい雰囲気。

薄い茶色っぽい色してる

みたらし団子の様な甘さ

大阪府池田市のお酒。春団治で入力しないと社名とか出てこないので春団治で登録…。甘み辛み臭みあるけど少し割って飲んだら丁度いいと思う。

最後に飲んだのが3年くらい前だけど50や39よりは23のほうが好きだけど価格的にも普段飲みする酒じゃないよね。日本酒飲まない人や苦手な人でも普通に飲めそうな味。

香住鶴は辛いのしか飲んだことないので甘そうなやつを買ってみた。辛口まではいかないけど甘ったるくないにごり酒。味は好きだけどアルコール臭強めな香りが少し苦手かな。
