A raw version of the standard Junmai sake.
I saw it at Hanshin Department Store, which has a minimal selection due to the moving of the sales floor, and bought it because it looked rare.
In fact, I couldn't find it when I searched for it...
I think I had tasted the hi-ire version in the past, but it was the rice sweetness type. This one has a similar nuance, but it has a gentle sweetness followed by a strong alcohol taste.
I don't think it's very much like a raw sake.
This brewery's sake is sweet, but not fruity. It's more like sugar or rice sweetness.
