The third cup to celebrate the renewal of "Ore no Dashi GINZA5" from June 3 to 5 is "Jikkom Yoshikawa Yamadanishiki".
Of course, it was also one-coin, but the sommelier told us to limit it to 70% of the glass because of the high cost, but of course we welcomed it!
Although he said 70%, we drank almost 80% of the glass and enjoyed it thoroughly!
The first aroma was elegant, but once you take a sip, the powerful sweetness and umami lingered in the mouth! It was my favorite flavor of the day!
It was my favorite flavor of the day!
Thank you very much for the meal.
Sake One-Coin Lunch at Ore no Dashi GINZA5 from June 3 to 5 to celebrate its renewal!
The second sake was "Jyushiyo

The first drink was "Shinmasa" for 500 yen!
I thought, "It's only 500 yen, so I guess it's around Colors? I thought it would be Colors, but I was wrong, it was No. 6 XType!
It seems that all the Shinmasa scheduled for 6/3 and 6/4 were sold out, so they offered it to us today.
It was indeed delicious, and we enjoyed it with fluffy egg, asparagus & maitake mushroom tempura.
