I stopped by Griniru because they suddenly declared a state of emergency at the beginning of the year.

20221216Opened. For some reason, the ori became hardened and did not turn into a fine ori even when shaken, which disturbed the mouth. The flavor was not good for a Junmai Ginjo, with a weak aroma and sharpness. Therefore, we downgraded the rating from ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ in 20201212.
