First encounter in 2 years.
A sweet sake, and a very sweet sake at that.
I had it after the same Suitama special junmai.
I may have drunk it in the wrong order (^◇^;)💦.
It is a delicious, mellow and full-bodied sake if you can separate it from the sweet sake.

Yeast: Association No. 6 ALC was 14 degrees at the time of 20191217.
This sake has a slightly sweet, fruity aroma with a light, slightly carbonated flavor.
It was very popular with the participants of the drinking party in 20230310, who said it was a gem that changed their image of sake.

It has a mild taste with the shwashiness of the original sake. It is a special junmai, but even though it is so refreshing that you would think it is junmai ginjo, it is a sturdy sake with a sitting posture.
