After enjoying the shinko and dokure, I looked in the cellar to see what I wanted to drink and found a bottle of Kawanakajima Genmai, so I had it 😊.

I found a special Junmai of Isojumma and ordered it immediately.
Isojiman is one of the few junmai sake, although many of their sake are alsochrome.
Brewed with Yamadanishiki from the special A district of Hyogo Prefecture, the sake is fruity, mild without being curdled.
It is a delicious sake that is easy to drink.
