After enjoying the shinko and dokure, I looked in the cellar to see what I wanted to drink and found a bottle of Kawanakajima Genmai, so I had it 😊.
It has a gentle ginjo aroma and a clean, refreshing taste that is typical of aluzoe, so it's delicious and easy to drink 😁.

I was drinking at home and got a tip that there was "Mejika no Shinko (young souda bonito)" in it, so I went to the restaurant 😅.
I was told that Nishioka Sake Brewery's sake is for bonito, so here it is again 😁 (I drink a lot of Nishioka Sake Brewery's sake 😅).
The shinko is delicious. It's chewy and goes well with sake 😁.

I found a special Junmai of Isojumma and ordered it immediately.
Isojiman is one of the few junmai sake, although many of their sake are alsochrome.
Brewed with Yamadanishiki from the special A district of Hyogo Prefecture, the sake is fruity, mild without being curdled.
It is a delicious sake that is easy to drink.
