This is the second time I've had seafood from KAIFUDO. Today, I had Jishin and Nabeshima, and they were all delicious, but I liked KAIFUDO the best, so I'm only going to post this one. I like it because it's like wine, but without the bitterness of wine.

I was drinking a bottle of Jyushiyo next to me, but I think I liked this AKABU KOHAKU more. (I was allowed to drink some of what my husband was drinking, so no pictures...)

I had this in Iwate on 9/14 and it is really good.
It has a good balance of aroma, sweetness and acidity. If you like Shinmasa, you should try this.
