I was not sure whether to warm it up or keep it at room temperature, but I went with room temperature 😁.
It was delicious with a hint of koji!
I think I would have enjoyed it more if it was heated 🍶.
After having a drink at a sushi restaurant for lunch, I saw that Maruyu still had Shinsei NO.6 S-type in today's lineup, so I went there at opening time! It was about the last glass. I was glad I could drink it.
There was also Shinsei NO.6 S-type X, but I got R and S. Maybe because R was the last one, the taste was thinner than usual, but S was gassy and, yes, delicious! Do you like the S better?
Shinsei NO.6 R-type. I saw they had Shinsei NO.6 today, so I had to have it, even though it was after drinking at the Matsudo Festival! I was the last one to drink it. Hmm? It's so light.
Summer is ending, but here's to summer sake!
I'm in love with the -8.0 sake.
It's still hot, so you can't go wrong with this sweet, yet fruity and easy to drink.
This is the second time I've had seafood from KAIFUDO. Today, I had Jishin and Nabeshima, and they were all delicious, but I liked KAIFUDO the best, so I'm only going to post this one. I like it because it's like wine, but without the bitterness of wine.
(For the record) AKABU Kohaku Amber.
Sweet and sour, this is the one I like!
I was drinking a bottle of Jyushiyo next to me, but I think I liked this AKABU KOHAKU more. (I was allowed to drink some of what my husband was drinking, so no pictures...)
