Followed by fire 🎶. This one has a gorgeous aroma too. NEW BORN and understated and gentle🎶. If you drink it by itself without comparing It's sweet enough, but it's not juicy enough but the juiciness is not so juicy due to the fire-roasting. The sweetness is reduced and the rice flavor can be felt 😃. However, there is no doubt that it is a sweet sake 👍. It may be better as a food sake than NEW BORN, but but in my opinion, this one is also suitable for stand-alone 🤣. Let's say a spell at the end 🪄. Akabu Junggi~n Ah~yamama akabu junggi~n a~yamama

Today we will be comparing the Aizan Junmai Ginjo Aizan Nama and Hi-ire 😍. Let's start with a spell 🪄. Akabu Junmai Ginjo Aizan Nama Akabu Junggi~n Ah~yamama Now from NEW BORN👍 And this is my second one this season 🤣. The aroma is very sweet, fruity and gorgeous😍. If I had to describe it in terms of fruit, I would say melon 😆. Very fresh and juicy. It has a nice mouthfeel with a slight effervescence 😍. The sweetness of the Aizan is also a nice touch 😋. It slowly disappears in your mouth so you can enjoy the long aftertaste 🎶. It disappears slowly in the mouth, so you can enjoy a long aftertaste 🎶. The bitterness comes out quite late and the sharpness is not too bad 🤔. But maybe because the sweetness is too strong It is hard to feel the taste of rice 😥. So for me, it's not suitable as a food sake, it's better to drink it by itself 🤔.

The previous year I followed the entire cat series 🐈⬛. This year I'm following the others 🐈⬛. I only bought the kotatsu cat which was the most delicious in my opinion 🐈⬛. It has a sweet and gorgeous ginjo aroma. It's like grape, muscat🍇, or melon🍈 😆. It's fruity and sweet enough to be Miyamanishiki with a refreshing taste. The rice flavor and a little bitterness comes out afterwards. You can enjoy drinking it without getting lazy 😋. Last year, it was sold in a hi-iru style due to the effects of the Corona. but this season it is once again a raw sake 🎶. But it has less gas and a little bit of a sparkle for a nama-shu 🤣. Sake made with Miyamanishiki The sake brewery is one of the top rated breweries in Tohoku, so you can't go wrong 😁.

How did you get in touch with your favorite liquor store? Ehime sake is not so familiar in Tohoku 😥. I wonder if I could have opened the bottle at the offline meeting because of the name of the sake? 🤔 I hope to spend every day with a smile like the sake name 😊. The aroma is very grape🍇ish but Peach🍑? Apple🍎? Anyway, it's a gorgeous mixture of various fruits 😆. The taste is clean, sweet and delicious 😋. There's a slight alcohol taste, but it's a good accent and it's very refreshing. It's a good accent and it's very crisp 😆. It's a little dry after a while 🤔. I realized after drinking it. Nikomar is the name of sake rice 🤣.

I had a medical checkup today, so I had to stop drinking after the Tenmei drinking contest 😆. If I really want to improve my constitution, I have to stop drinking for about a month 🤣. Only God knows the result⁉️ All Ichinoseki PB sake made by a local liquor store using local rice and commissioned by a local brewery 🍶. I was caught up in the fact that kino. was opening all the PB sake 😁. There are a few sake breweries that use mochi rice as part of their ingredients, such as Loman, but I'm pretty sure there are no sake breweries that only use mochi rice. But sake made only with mochi rice is quite rare🎶. The aroma is too rich and sweet 😍. But it doesn't have the flamboyance of a ginjo-shu 🤔. The rice flavor and sweetness is strong, but the sweetness is characteristic of mochi rice The sweetness is characteristic of mochi rice 🎶. Slightly thick on the tongue Somewhat grain-like peculiarity🤔. No muddy taste despite the low milling rate of 90% 😃. and the sweetness lingers in the mouth 😃. I would pair it with Japanese food? It's great for drinking while you're drinking 😋. I haven't tried it today but I think it would go well with hot sake too 😍. Yuki Brewery in Ibaraki I'm so sorry to hear about the fire 😱. I also donated to the relief efforts 🙇♂️. I pray they can rebuild as soon as possible 😌.

Junmai sake made with locally produced Miyamanishiki from a local sake brewery, Iwanoi Sake Brewery. and the famous Tamura plums from Shoeido, a long-established confectionary store. My sister, who had been back home since yesterday, was unusually interested in it, so I gave it to her as a gift 🎁. I had an impression that liqueurs are not that expensive compared to sake. I didn't have an impression that liqueurs are that expensive compared to sake. but this one is a little bit more expensive than the high spec Jun Dai 😱. It has a sweet plum aroma like a plum liqueur 😁. It is quite thick and very sweet and sour 😋. Very sweet and sour 😋. Hanpukai Limited Sake #2 🍶. Like Asakai, this sake is all Iwate 😋. The aroma is a refreshing grape🍇. It's a little on the dry side, but it's full-bodied. You can really taste the umami of the rice 😃. Good acidity and a nice sharpness 😆. I don't know. It's not marked. It feels more like junmai than ginjoshu 🤔. I think it's suitable for a lazy drink as a food sake 😋. I'm dead tomorrow as I'm getting my 3rd dose of vaccine 😁.

Hanpukai Limited Sake #1😍. Asaokai's special edition for dealers is actually very rare to find even in the prefecture 🤔. When you open the bottle, it has a rich, fruity ginjo aroma 😮. Not what I expected at this point😆. The taste is sweet. Pretty modest considering it's made with Yui no Aroma 🤔. Very easy to drink with a good balance of umami and acidity 😋. I had a strong image of Asaokai as a traditional light and dry I didn't know there was such a mellow type of sake 😆.

I've really wanted to drink this drink since I found out it existed 🍶. The poem on the bookmark left an impression on me and I was curious 😌. Originally, I couldn't get it because it was only a bottle. Since last year? It is now also available in four-pack bottles. No local stores near me are planning to stock it 😭 This year they remembered that I wanted it. They stocked it for me😍. Thank you so much 🙇♂️ The aroma is clean and clear, with a hint of ginjo. It has a sweet aroma of rice, more like junmai sake 🤔. The taste is rich and full with the umami and sweetness of rice The mouth is refreshed by the acidity typical of a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast Slightly thickened, smooth and pleasant on the tongue😍. It's a calm sake for a ginjo-shu. Great for drinking slowly and leisurely 🎶. I wish I could have opened a bottle on 3/11 as a dedication sake, but I didn't have the energy to drink that day😅. As usual, I thought the NEW BORN would be the last of four kinds. I didn't expect to see a new Sake Mirai 😮. We've already compared drinks 😱. However, I can't help but drink it 😆. The aroma is sweet, gorgeous and fruity. There is something refreshing about it 🤔. The gasiness and micro-firing are the strongest in the NEW BORN series😃. Sweet sake, but less so than others. The flavor of the rice is quite robust. Muscat-like sweetness. I think it tastes a bit like citrus? 😅 There is a bit of bitterness in the last part that gives it a good kick 😋. The first one is an original from Iwate prefecture, Yui no Kaoru Countryside. Fruity and gorgeous ginjo aroma🎶 If it were a fruit, it would be melon semen 😍. The aroma is fruity and gorgeous. It's a bit more gassy than the standard one. It's a little less gassy than the standard 🤔. It has a sweetness and a full-bodied flavor like melon green beans and white grapes. and a rich umami taste😍. Smooth and a little thick on the tongue. The finish is refreshing 😋🎶. I don't know what the difference is between this and the straight pumping 😱. The aroma is very Aomori-like. I'm not sure what the difference is between the two, but I'm sure it's the same 🤔. I'm not sure what to make of it. It's almost the same as direct pumping😅. I can't tell the difference when I mix the lees🤣. It's definitely a delicious sake😍.

Today is the 22nd of February, the day of the cat, meow, meow, meow. I'm opening a bottle of something that has nothing to do with that 🤣 I've got some cat liquor in stock, but I'd like to get them all before I open the bottle if I can 😅. The aroma is very Aomori? It has a clean sweetness to it. I can taste the apple 🍎 😆. When I drank it, I could feel a slight firing sensation as if it were raw sake. At first sip, it's refreshing and light 😋. As you continue to drink, the apple 🍎-like sweetness gradually emerges😋. The acidity gives it a nice crispness and depth of flavor🎶. Tomorrow I'll be opening an origarashi version of this 😍.

The former Yokoya Shuzo was merged into Iwate Meijo and is now a sake brand. The brewery is located in Senmaya, Ichinoseki City, Iwate Prefecture. I'm sure you'll be able to find something to suit your needs. There is a liquor store that sells a limited edition of this liquor. I'm not sure what to make of it. It's a local brand💦. It's not flashy, but it has a strong rice aroma 😆. I've been drinking it for a while now, but I've never had it before. It tastes like you're drinking rice 😋. It's not too alcoholic. It's easy to drink with anything, Japanese or Western 🤔. It's like drinking this instead of eating rice. (laughs). It's easy to drink because it's not as heavy as Iwate sake tends to be😁. It's a rare brewery in Iwate that has a sweet and savory orientation🤔. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's worth it. The other breweries should do their best too 🤣. I'm sure I've drunk all the sake from over half a year ago, except for the rare ones. I'm sure I've drunk all of them. I'm going to start opening new sake gradually😎. (Don't think it's too late 🤣)
