As usual, I thought the NEW BORN would be the last of four kinds.
I didn't expect to see a new Sake Mirai 😮.
We've already compared drinks 😱.
However, I can't help but drink it 😆.
The aroma is sweet, gorgeous and fruity.
There is something refreshing about it 🤔.
The gasiness and micro-firing are the strongest in the NEW BORN series😃.
Sweet sake, but less so than others.
The flavor of the rice is quite robust.
Muscat-like sweetness.
I think it tastes a bit like citrus? 😅
There is a bit of bitterness in the last part that gives it a good kick 😋.
It tastes different but has a very good balance similar to Yamadanishiki 🍶.
I was a little apprehensive about this being my first sake rice at Akabu, but this is delicious 😍.
By the way, in Iwate, as of Friday, liquor stores
Most of them seem to be sold out😱.

Yamada Nishiki is my tentative first choice.
I see it has a similar balance to Yamadanishiki.
I've never really enjoyed Sake Mirai because it's too pale, but maybe next year I'll give it a try 😄.
