I had a medical checkup today, so I had to stop drinking after the Tenmei drinking contest 😆. If I really want to improve my constitution, I have to stop drinking for about a month 🤣. Only God knows the result⁉️ All Ichinoseki PB sake made by a local liquor store using local rice and commissioned by a local brewery 🍶. I was caught up in the fact that kino. was opening all the PB sake 😁. There are a few sake breweries that use mochi rice as part of their ingredients, such as Loman, but I'm pretty sure there are no sake breweries that only use mochi rice. But sake made only with mochi rice is quite rare🎶. The aroma is too rich and sweet 😍. But it doesn't have the flamboyance of a ginjo-shu 🤔. The rice flavor and sweetness is strong, but the sweetness is characteristic of mochi rice The sweetness is characteristic of mochi rice 🎶. Slightly thick on the tongue Somewhat grain-like peculiarity🤔. No muddy taste despite the low milling rate of 90% 😃. and the sweetness lingers in the mouth 😃. I would pair it with Japanese food? It's great for drinking while you're drinking 😋. I haven't tried it today but I think it would go well with hot sake too 😍. Yuki Brewery in Ibaraki I'm so sorry to hear about the fire 😱. I also donated to the relief efforts 🙇♂️. I pray they can rebuild as soon as possible 😌.

Good evening, etorannzyu 🌆. I have never heard of a sake made with 100% mochi rice ❗️ As expected of Iwate prefecture south of Iwate, one of Japan's leading rice cake producing areas 👍

Haruei Chichi, good evening 😃. I've never seen anything else like it 🤔. If you tell people in Ichinoseki that southern Iwate is a rice cake production area, they will stab you in the back 😎. Ichinoseki city is a rice cake place 🤣.

Good evening, Mr. Manachy. It's really rare 😍. I heard that when raw it has a strong sweet taste but when fire-roasted it becomes firm and dry 🤔. I could only buy one of them because it's quite expensive 😅. Yuki Sake Brewery, go for it ‼️.

Haruei Chichi. Iwate Prefecture is not a big deal in terms of production 🤣. It is Ichinoseki that pushes the rice cake culture 😁. I'll stab you in the back if you say too much 🤣. Psssst 😏.

I can't open any bottle because my work schedule is changing irregularly... So today, I'd like to share with you a rich beer! This sake is made by a local sake brewery using local rice cake. It has a rich aroma of rice, but it is not gorgeous like Ginjo aroma. The taste has the flavor of rice and sweetness, but but it is not like a sake. There is no bitterness or miscellaneous taste, but it is a little peculiar because it is only made from mochi rice. Or is it because the rice is polished to a low 90%? The texture is smooth, but the sharpness is not so good. It is slightly sweet and you can drink it slowly.
