All Ichinoseki PB sake made by a local liquor store using local rice and commissioned by a local brewery 🍶.
I was caught up in the fact that kino. was opening all the PB sake 😁.
There are a few sake breweries that use mochi rice as part of their ingredients, such as Loman, but I'm pretty sure there are no sake breweries that only use mochi rice.
But sake made only with mochi rice is quite rare🎶.
The aroma is too rich and sweet 😍.
But it doesn't have the flamboyance of a ginjo-shu 🤔.
